It’s that time! A little sooner than my full 21 days but that’s okay.
Now if you recall, I never posted my before picture. I was embarrassed. The thought of posting that picture really made me cringe (and still does). But now that I have put in almost 3 weeks of hard work, I am willing to show my before picture so you can see my results!
I started at 172lbs and now am 164lbs. That’s 8 pounds lost! I now weigh less than I did when I got pregnant with my twins, who will be 2 next week! The things I notice the most are my face thinning out and also the change in my stomach/hip area. Hallelujah! I can even see my abs peeking through! Well hello there, old friends!
Here is my side picture. I put my arms up so you could see my stomach better.
I don’t just look better but I feel better. I feel stronger. I am able to do way more than when I first started. Cardio is still a struggle for me but it has been such a motivation to see improvement in myself everyday. Everyday I am able to do a little more. Lift heavier weights. Do one more rep. That’s exciting!
I don’t have a complete plan moving forward, but I know I want to continue working out. I am going to sign up for the Beach Body All Access Pass, so I can stream all the programs they offer. That way I can mix it up a bit! I am very excited to continue working out and seeing even bigger changes.
Don’t worry, I have some recipes coming that I can’t wait to share with you! I am still a total foodie guys!
