I am almost halfway done! I can’t wait to see what my final results are. I am down 6 pounds so far and if I could lose 2-4 more pounds, that would be amazing. We will see! Oh and I guess I should say this so it’s full disclosure…..the super bowl is coming up and I plan to eat. Alex and I talked about it and we will be “off the fix” Sunday afternoon so we can enjoy all of the amazing food. I will be making a few recipes: Pesto Cheese Bombs, Sweet Potato Skins, and a No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie. So hopefully that one afternoon won’t mess me up too much. I can’t wait!
Breakfast Day 9: Oatmeal with peanut butter, berries, and maple syrup. 1 yellow / 1 purple / 1 teaspoon
I took the kids to a new indoor play place in our area because we really needed to burn off some energy. I took a snack along with me because I didn’t want to get stuck out without something to eat. I packed some yogurt with cinnamon and half a banana. 1 red / 1 purple
Well, I tried to be prepared. We stayed at the place a lot longer than I thought we would, so by the time we left it was way past the kids lunch time. I went through the Chick Fil-A drive thru and was NOT planning on getting anything for myself. I have a salad at home….I have a salad at home….I have a salad at home…oh look, that wrap looks incredible…..one grilled chicken wrap please!
I think this was 1 yellow / 1 red / 1 green / 1 orange / 1 blue
For dinner, I made the Cracked Pepper Turkey Breasts that I got from Aldi. They were really moist and had tons of flavor. I will definitely be getting them again. I also steamed some broccoli to go alongside. 1 red / 1 green
