It’s Dirty 30 day! Whew! That workout is awesome. I can’t believe I survived all of the lunges AND I did them with weights! I am getting stronger everyday and it feels great.
Breakfast was yogurt again….what can I say I like it 🙂 1 red / 1 1/4 purple
For lunch I tried something new and delicious. I mixed one can of tuna with one orange container of the creamy herb dressing. I put that in a wrap with spring mix greens and spinach and served it with some mini carrots. YUM! 1 orange / 1 yellow / 1 1/2 green
For a snack, I had sliced honey crisp apples and 3 Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites. If you haven’t seen the recipe for those yet check them out! They are amazing. 3/4 purple / 1 yellow
My mom, dad, and sister took my daughter out on a “date” with them so that left Alex and I with Danny. I don’t think that has ever happened so we wanted to do something special with him. We were already out and about so we decided to get dinner at The Olney Grille. I love that place. I knew what containers I could eat and felt confident I could stick with my plan. I ordered the Thai Glazed Salmon that they had as a special. It came with an Asian slaw and green beans. Very delicious and very filling. Win! Now…for the rolls they served…..I ate one. One glorious hot roll slathered in butter. Yeah I did it. And I feel no shame.
