Here’s the thing…..I have gotten a little off track with my 21 Day Fix and it started with Day 18. As you can tell by my chalkboard, I didn’t workout today. I was so tired by the time the kids went to bed that I went to bed myself instead of working out.
For breakfast I made myself two tacos. A filled two corn tortillas with scrambled eggs, onions, and cheddar cheese. 2 yellow / 1 1/2 red / 1 blue
I had a friend’s baby shower to go to in the afternoon, so I thought I would get my Shakeology in beforehand, that way I wouldn’t be hungry and I could stay away from the food table. Well, easier said than done. Yes, I drank my delicious peanut butter and chocolate Shakeology. Yes, I got to the baby shower and the food table called my name. Yes, I went to said food table and grabbed a plate. I filled said plate with yummy food and ate it all……woops. I’m really not going to beat myself up over it. I have been working really hard!
After the baby shower, I headed to Lotte Plaza to pick up some ingredients for dinner. A foodie friend on Instagram shared some salmon burgers she had made and I knew I had to make them! Lotte’s produce section is amazing! I have only been to this store once before and now I remember why I loved it. I need to shop there more often. They had any produce item you could ever need and all for great prices.
One of the items on my list was Cilantro. They had the Cilantro I was used to getting and then had a different kind also. It smelled like what I was used to, so I decided to try something new. I’m still not sure if this is just a different variety or what……if you know please leave a comment.
When I got home, I threw together the delicious and easy to make Salmon Burgers. I will be making these again and again! Thank you Cyn at Especially Southern Dishes for the recipe!
I am still down a consistent 8 pounds which I am very happy about! I am getting a little tired of counting containers, as you will see in my next post. 🙂
